Why all the silence regarding the MG3 launnch.

Why are MG so coy about the launch date? The silence and lack of info, leads me

to believe that the launch is being put back again. I do hope i am wrong. Why else

would they not be banging the drum, and shouting from the roof tops.

Come on MG give the car the pomp and ceremony it deserves, and splash the cash

on some serious advertising.

Why have you recreated a thread that is just two below this one?

Test drives will be starting soon, then it will be worth making some more fuss about it to get people into the dealers.

Anyway, WE KNOW there will be no TV ads and therefore can assume that the press/print/billboards will be targetted, probably in towns with decent dealers. A full, Ford-style 'National' launch isn't going to happen.

It is being punted hourly on the internet (as effective as that will be), it is being shown at just about every car event around and it will be in the next Autocar (going by the text in the current MG6 puff-piece in this weeks edition).

This IS the launch.
