HGF - 1 in a million?

With just about 900,000 cars sold; for the first time I've come across a report of a definite head gasket failure without any cause being given.  It is on an MG7 so presumably an N series engine rather than the Kavachi engine found in the MG6 etc.

They say that any car can suffer HGF, but maybe with MG it is one in a million!

Clearly you can't diagnose it just by looking at the badge as many "experts" in the UK do   

When I told some work colleagues that my Mrs had just ordered an MG3 they started laughing and saying that the head gasket would be blown before we got it home! It shows just how big a task is facing MG UK.

Thats why i think it was better to introduce Roewe in UK.
And use MG what it has been for years.
