Re: MG 6 wallpaper downloads!
could it be that of all the classic models that made the transition to China, the MG3SW is the first to be discontinued?KCW Motorsport wrote:Lol, How sad am I? I have the MG3SW splashing through the water.

Ah, Claudia Brücken of Propaganda. A Secret Wish was a great album.

well, MG started it!ZTsteve wrote:Ah, Claudia Brücken of Propaganda. A Secret Wish was a great album.

(curiously, that "straighten your girl's hairstyle and get her to look blank*" photo with an MG6 in it has a title including "MG3" - has it been photoshopped? )
*or is it "before and after" because she actually looks happy when she sees the MG?
I recently established that the classic rally music off Top Gear Rally Report was Propaganda's "Jewelled". Maybe Claudia Brücken is best suited to the MG3?
or the MG7?
or the MG6 is going rallying?

Looks more like a touring car to me, to take over from the MG ZS when the BTCC rules change in 2011patpending wrote:or the MG6 is going rallying?

Re: MG 6 wallpaper downloads!
It seems all the touring cars are saloons nowadays. Is there one that's a hatchback?

Re: MG 6 wallpaper downloads!
Under the proposed rules the small hatches are to be banned for 2011, I don't think there are any of the current hatches that would still qualify but I have heard a rumour that the MG6 will. Although there are to be so many standard parts that the race car wouldn't really be an MG6 anyway.patpending wrote:It seems all the touring cars are saloons nowadays. Re: MG 6 wallpaper downloads!
true, i'd forgotten the bright yellow hatches as I stopped following touring cars before the ZS's day, with Audis, Volvos and stuff.Windy wrote:Under the proposed rules the small hatches are to be banned for 2011, I don't think there are any of the current hatches that would still qualify but I have heard a rumour that the MG6 will. Too true that the DTM MG ZT260 would have had no actual link to the road car. Mind you, wasn't the Metro 6R4 the size of a Rover 3500?
