M. G. Road Bangalore? - name an MG road!

MG Motor UK is currently undertaking further development of the famous Longbridge Birmingham factory site.
As part of this process, access roads on the site are being re-named to reflect the heritage of the MG brand. We want MG owners, MG club members & fans to participate and help us choose the new names; in total there are five roads involved and if you would like to make a suggestion please do so via the ‘contact us’ section of our website. Selected participants will be asked to visit MG Motor and be photographed alongside ‘their’ newly designated street sign.
The deadline for suggestions is Friday 26th February 2010.

the map is right at the end of a document designed to save ink, not paper.

I take it the developments at D are on the East Works/ Powertrain site we visited?

Where is the factory?

The main feature I recognised was of course the famous sewage works!

"Preparing for the reconstruction of Britain's Longbridge factory"

Located in the outskirts of Birmingham, England, the Longbridge plant was once the British Longbridige Rover and MG factory, ew recently learned that SAIC MG cars is to the British MG owners, MG club members and the MG's fans to seek information about connecting to the Britain's Longbridge factory for the naming of five roads. This indicates that the British factory SAIC-MG reconstruction work is being progressively implemented.

To rename the road implies that Britain's Longbridge factory and its ancillary facilities will have a substantial reconstruction or improvement, the Longbridge plant in 2005 due to the bankruptcy of MG Rover had been removed in part, at present in the region and could be in the last Steam the funds provided under the protection of reconstruction.

MG SAIC held in the names of the roads collection activities required selection criteria names of the roads need to realize the British MG brand's traditional culture, selection of the winners will have the opportunity to visit the new Longbridge plant, and can be named after the road signs with their own pictures taken.

After the completion of the new Longbridge plant it is expected to be sold the current MG6 model of domestic production, in addition the current SAIC Roewe brand's new small car Roewe 350 also has the potential to be UK produced and sold.

Yes - Is the only piece of industrial archeology to be saved from the Longbridge site going to be from the railway industry?
