after having a good prod , poke and sit in today, here are my thoughts.
    externaly.
seems quite cohesive , its larger than i thought it would be (a couple of inches shorter than a 75).
panel gaps seem to be tight and paintwork looks well applied.
i think it will be colour sensitive though.will need large wheels as well
overall impression of outside was very good.
    inside.
i like the shape and layout of the dashboard, obviously the rhd cars will be reversed but should be ok.
stereo seems simple to operate and switchgear is good quality.
interior plastics seem pretty good and fit and finish are on a par with 75 if not better.
don't like the handbrake though, and storage space is slightly lacking.
the seat material is ok but not sure about the firmness of them as i prefer fairly soft seats.
rear view is compromised by shape, i think parking sensors will be essential.
as it's slightly wider than the 75 shoulder room at the front seems excellent, bit more cramped at the back, although there is more legroom than the 75 there is less headroom (i couldn't fit and iam only 6 ft tall).sunroof is probably to blame. huge and well shaped boot.
    overall a good car.
would i buy one, probably not as it's a bit too big for my needs.

I assume this was still the 'prototype', that is to say a Chinese spec car, much like the ones shown at Goodwood.

I do wonder why this car is being shown in the UK now when a UK spec car can't be far away, and will be (so we've been led to believe) quite different internally and more suitable for the UK market.

Having said that, the prototypes look pretty good and if the UK spec is 'better' (from our point of view) then it should be really good.
