    When we read people saying that "MGs are not UK-designed" it is worth remembering that now Tony Williams-Kenny as a Brit is now leading design from China, so that there is an element of truth.

    In the future, Vietnamese autotranslate will rock and I will have Vietnamese car shampoo in the garage. Who would have thought in 1975 that the Vietnamese in 2013 will be showing such an interest in MGs? especially when, since the introduction of the Allegro, you can no longer get MG saloons lol....

    I'm suprised they are now, but then they are one of the worlds fastest growing economies and looking to follow the recent successes of China.

    Not sure why the interest in British products; Although we are one of the few major powers that has never attacked them, unlike the French, Japanese, USA... Interestingly they are one of the very few countries that have ever wanted and achieved independence from China, although that was back in 938AD.
