European release date?

Can anyone enlighten me as to when the 6 is due to hit mainland Europe?

Any suggestions as to how well it will sell?

I read a few Netherlands based Blogs that seemed very positive although after reading comments on Australian (I know Australia isnt Europe)based blogs, there was not a single positive comment to be seen.

I'm fairly sure it is confirmed for this year. Presumably they will launch the MG3 first and then set to work on Europe so I expect it will be towards the end of the year.

European car sales are fairly poor at the moment and MGR never had huge sales on the mainland so I don't expect big sales straight away. There are quite a few enthusiasts but that doesn't always translate into large sales.

I think the lack of positive comments in Oz is down to the nature of the people - compare Mark Webber and Seb Vettel! It doesn't mean the cars wont sell.

They should have been selling the MG6 last year imo.
They keep postponing the date.
But doubt you would see high sales in Holland or any other mainland
But then again UK sales are not high too lol
And every sale,is a sale

So do you know if they are going to be releasing the 6 and the 3 together in Europe?

I'd be very surprised if they didn't, it will not cost anything extra for the extra car as they will both be legal for sale in Europe as soon as they are in the UK.

Indeed,marketing wise it would be better yeah

It would make better sense to have a joint marketing campaign. Money is obviously tight...

It would also look a lot better if you have more than one product to sell!
