Looks a lot more interesting than the current mg6

I'm not convinced it will look like this when it is released, the MG3 went through several versions of it's rear lights before release!

It's given it a lot more definition - small changes make a big difference!

As for the back lights, I'd say the 'shape' of the actual plastic unit is right as the sculpting matches the bumper design. I think they've been blanked out a lot to disguise the innards which I hope will be LEDs and clear lenses with a polished insert etc. If the roll-out of the new model is later this year, that fits as it would be after the end of the BTCC season, ready for next year.

The facelifting of the MG3 for the EU shows that they don't 'do' bumper/nose variations for different markets.

I think it looks really good.

Interestingly this silver car doesn't have the 'hockey stick' LEDs of the black camouflaged car at the top of the page. Also the black car has a boot lip spoiler too.

As for the bumper - I think it's the angle - look at the black car where it fits in with the rest of the car better. It seems to be the same 'mesh' effect front and rear. I think it looks good.

I think those "LEDs" on the black car are just square holes cut in some camouflage masking tape with the standard lights behind! Or maybe just white tape put on top.

Ah you may be right; I'd thought it looked 'segmented' in the first picture like the MG3 LEDs but when you compare them you can see that the MG3 ones shine quite differently.

could be a lower spec car and only the high spec cars get drl's
