Next step for MG is a big SUV ?

SAIC can get such platform through the Shanghai-GMjoint venture, which, among other vehicles, makes the Buick Encore, the Buick Envision (most likely candidate), and Buick GL8.

yes, W5 size is also popular world-wide, should be good for places with bad roads and big distances (Australasia?), why restrict it to China only unlike the other Roewes which are also sold as MGs...?

W5 is not popular (juste 9303 in 2014, less than 550) and many for China's administration
