SAIC Maxus is preparing to return to the European market, then? Maxus's key European market was surely the UK. We know that RHD vans are made in China for Oz. Must be a lot of homologation work to do.

If they can be sold in Oz with its rather strict rules then not too much work will be required for the UK! It is a van rather than a car and they already passed the European crash tests to give them a big marketing advantage in China.

    SPAIN????

They were expecting MG6 in 2009, but since then it's all gone quiet and now first exports are expected to Benelux and Scandinavia(?)

Is there a history of Maxus there?

Alternatively, they could sell RHD ones into another booming EU economy - Cyprus... Wink
