auto, motor + sport and its partner magazines scored brands on these criteria:
- build quality
- reliability
- safety
- technology
- environmentally-friendly
- customer service
- value for money
- low depreciation
- styling
- sporty
- good advertising
- "I like the brand"
I note not one single criteria was "prestige", one of four questions at Parker's. Audi and Lexus did well in every country. The biggest differences were for the value marque - Škoda in Spain and Germany, Kia in Poland, Hyundai in Italy and Dacia in France. Those will be MG's competition (along with Citroën in Spain(!))
