Customer satisfaction "Shang"nam style!

When was the last time your car dealer offered you a free lunch if your service was delayed, or set aside a place to browse the internet or watch a movie while you wait?

All are on offer at one of Peugeot's brightest Chinese dealers and such services are far from the exception in the country.

I see that "4S" is a general term for a large main dealer.
