MG Website updates Empty MG Website updates

Post by Morris Motors Wed Sep 25, 2013 1:53 pm

Just noticed that as well as having finance pages added, they've added some new 'exterior' photos of the MG3 including one obviously taken inside CAB1 in the light tunnel where they check the paint. I always thought that the inside of those buildings, when empty, could make a good back drop.

Just shows that MG have had the photographers back in again. No more cameraphone shots thank God...

The 6th and 7th ones are on a street used as a backdrop by MGR in the Streetwise brochures.

Here's the photographer's blog. http://www.harniman.com/blog/the-mg3-adds-a-touch-of-mini-magic-to-birmingham/ The pale, wishy-washy images were the first ones. Seems they've added some more.

    Thanks,

The new images better match the colours/style of the new modern look website and the colour options for the car.

I'd still like a few more vibrant, trophy like, colour options for the cars...

I was following a MINI yesterday that looked like it was painted in BL Limeflower - a sort of dark mustardy yellow they used on the last Morris Minor Travellers. They also do MINIs in a Teal Blue - very retro 1970s shades are creeping out and I see FIAT doing the 500 the same. I wonder whether the MG3 might look good in these muted shades too?

As it is, I think I'm past the bright red/yellow/white colour schemes - of the current palette I'd go for dark greys or black etc.

I'm going for Newton black for my MG3 Smile

Yes, that, Silver Fox or Lady Grey. With maybe the Trophy Stripe (only on the door bottoms though).

I'm not sure I want decals on my car. But, worried that if I don't get them, I'll want them! #dilemma

How about the tyre tracks graphic, not too obvious but makes the car look unique, I can't see anyone regretting that one, it's not like having an octagonal target on the roof...

The dealers will have specialists to change the vinyls from what has been said, so you should be able to delay a decision.

Seriously Windy? I think the only one worse than the tyre tracks is the emoticons!

Oh god, I think they've totally ruined the car with that graphic.

Not so sure about the tyre tracks. Maybe...

I'll have to wait and see what my new dealer is offering, before making a decision! Smile

    The tyre tracks are awful!

I like the bullseye octagons. But not on the roof.
