From what I have read, we are talking a Black Water Dragon.
(a bit like wimpy Sandy out of Monkey?)
From Windy, I know that Dragons hate Tigers like Mods hate Rockers.
Don't know about breathing fire or at what point overboost/ a wastegate might cause an exhaust to spark. Does TEIN stand for something?

Not sure why it's a black water dragon but most Chinese dragons do live in water.
