Not only no handbrake, but bigger dials and LED rearlights - what are the major differences?
Would a UK version have all 6-speed gearboxes? an auto?

The lights are an improvement; much sharper. I was hoping for maybe a few subtle panel changes, like a gentle body line over the rear wheel arch as per the icon.

The Uk version already has LED rear lights, think the 2014 MG6 is introducing a number of the UK spec items to the China model.

Like the new dials and handbrake, interesting TSE spec ie full leather etc but no satnav

2014 is 90th anniverasry of MG so what about an edition called MG 6/90 (see MG 18/80 of the thirties) Britsh racing green, red leather, wires and chrome. Done modern with character.

Yes, didn't these names mean HP/bhp?

By the 60s the 16/60 was 1600cc, 60bhp... was the last one of that type the 18/85, 1800cc, 85bhp?

Red stitching around the seats and steering wheel - looks really good.

So does the chrome around the front grille/mesh.

Will these changes be coming to the UK?

    6 cylinder, 90hp for the 6/90. The 4/44 was 4 cylinder 44hp, and you're right about the 15/50, 15/60, 16/60, 18/85.
