    (Guy Jones)
"The fact that we’re now talking to fleets will be significant to our continued growth."

“Clearly, MG is still unable to match competitors who deal with some of the bigger operators needing either a full product range or fleet management support, but there are plenty of smaller operators who want good quality, reliable vehicles that meet their needs at attractive prices."

"We now have national dealer coverage* and will have 60 outlets by the end of the year. Further development will take place in 2016.”

This is new news isn't it?

Jones said SAIC has confirmed the Icon, a smaller SUV, is also heading for Europe.

No new dealers to come next year then, they are taking a year off?

"The year" is 2014, I think there must be two names we haven't heard yet, and the late starters (e.g. Taunton) are counted along with e.g. Coventry.

Next year they have said "100 by the end of the year" so an extra 40, or almost one new name every week. They held into a target of 80 for end 2014 into the late summer when it was becoming increasingly unlikely barring a couple of chains coming on board (like the four from Carshop already did)...

I was referring to "Further development will take place in 2016".

    ... what about 2015?
